Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout blending yoga, Pilates, and ballet. Using small, pulsing movements and repetition, it strengthens often-overlooked muscles and leaves you shaking with strength. Adaptable to all fitness levels, barre builds strength and flexibility while complementing activities like running and cycling.


What to Expect: 
This 45-min. barre-less class starts with larger movements to elevate your heart rate, then shifts to small, focused exercises that lengthen and tone. All moves are low impact, leaving you feeling strong and energized. Open to beginners and experienced participants alike. Bring your own yoga or fitness mat if you have one (mats available if needed).


About the Instructor: 
Caroline Scott discovered barre in 2018 and has taught since 2019. She loves the strength, flexibility, and confidence it fosters and is excited to bring its benefits to FBA—helping you embrace the “muscle shake” and carve out time for yourself.
