Open to all levels, it’s designed to help you improve flexibility, build strength, and find balance at your own pace. Bring your own mat if you have one (mats available if needed).
About the Instructor: Janet Moorhead Hourigan is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher with more than 18 years of experience guiding students in Indianapolis, Carmel, and Leesburg, Indiana. She brings a welcoming approach to the mat, drawing from a wide range of yoga traditions to create classes that are both accessible and inspiring.
